Important library consisting of about 70 books or other publications with heavy emphasis on WWII containing information important to command officer. Better include two early 1940s West Point Yearbooks, 'Bringing Up The Brass' first edition by Sergeant Marty Maher (with jacket partially torn) and many more. ALSO includes good number of General's files with interesting official correspondence, four medal boxes featuring Purple Heart, Bronze Star (x2) and Legion of Merit (Legionnaire). Two of these contain lapel type pins. There are few other interesting pieces but what needs mentioning is General's two flags, each bit over 8' in length counting pole & flag sleeve protector. Interesting lot for military collector but shipping costs will be substantial, especially for the flags.
