1863 Union Navy "Transfer of Accounts"
September, 9, 1863, Circular from the Navy Department regarding transferring accounts, Choice Mint.
Signed in print by Gideon Welles, Secretary of the Navy, 7.25" x 5.25" A notice to all men "transferred from a naval station or receiving ship to a Squadron," that "their accounts will be sent to the Paymaster of the Flagship," until the men are transferred to the vessels in which they are to serve.
Early American will accept payment by check or credit card.
