"Physic For Traitors!" Civil War Songsheet

Undated Union Civil War Song Broadsheet, Extremely Fine.
5" x 16", scattered light toning. Titled "Physic for Traitors!," this long song features a woodblock vignette of Jefferson Davis hanging from a gallows. Mentions a number of different CSA Generals, "Southern blackguards," "King Hemp," "King Cotton," "...bastards of niggers...," etc. Printed by Quipps and Co. (purveyors of "Comic Miscellany). The obviously incorrect date of 1847 is shown as the year that this piece was "Entered, according to Act of Congress..." Rare and very unusual, quite possibly unique.
