December 29, 1906, "The Buffalo Bill Stories," Published by Street & Smith, New York, Choice Fine.
No. 294, subtitled "A Weekly Publication Devoted to Border History," each of these comic-book size magazines contained the purported adventures of Buffalo Bill, 11" x 8", 34 pages, including the covers. This issue's brightly colored cover depicts the story within: "BUFFALO BILL'S STRANGE PARD OR WOLFER JOE ON THE WAR PATH." Overall age toning, edge chipping, and some staining, not affecting legibility. Pages still connected at the top with minor tears.
