Outstanding Three Pound Note of December 31, 1764

New Jersey. December 31, 1763. Three Pounds. Plate B. PASS-CO graded Extremely Fine-40.
Perhaps the finest example of this high £3 denomination we have ever offered. This red and black printed note is on clean, crisp paper having four full, even margins and excellent overall centering on both sides. All text and designs are sharp and clear, the signatures are strong and bold in appearance. A wonderful quality example that will prove likely impossible to improve.
