Exceedingly Rare Six Hundred Dollars of May 10, 1780 State of North Carolina. May 10, 1780 Act. Six Hundred Dollars. PASS-CO graded Extremely Fine-40. Light restoration. Corner repair sealed splits. An exceedingly rare $600 denomination note with the legend "CRESIT SUB PONDERE VIRTUS" which translates, "Virtue Grows Under Pressure." One of the very finest example of this highest denomination, which also had the least number of notes emitted. Early American will accept payment by check or credit card.
