TWO CHINESE ARCHAIC STYLE PEWTER VESSELS, late Qing Dynasty, one of circular tapering form with a continuous band centering archaic five-character marks reversing to modern five-character marks within raised bronze string trim flanked by shaped rectangular handles beneath a conforming stepped domed lid with engraved archaic and modern character marks enclosing shaped arched handle, raised on a circular base, both lid and base stamped with double line box enclosing six-character marks, together with a green jade mounted censer and lid of circular bulbous form engraved with bands of continuous blossoming vine flanked by shaped arched handles beneath a conforming step domed lid similarly decorated enclosing a green jade mounted branch form finial, raised on stylized animal form supports, lid and bowl stamped with double gourd form cartouche enclosing character marks and a shaped rectangular block enclosing character marks.
