Condition: front free endpaper with a repaired tear, frontispiece mounted and slightly trimmed, light browning and thumbsoiling; rebacked, covers worn. Provenance: Ferdinand William Ackwright (bookplate and signature to front pastedown); Sir William Erskine Scott (bookplate, with note about its purchase from a Warwick bookseller in 1888).
