CANADA -- North West Company. Partly-printed document with manuscript insertions, a contract between M'Tavish, Frobisher & Co. and Antoine Ladouceur. Montreal: 1806. 1 p., single folio sheet (315 x 190 mm). Signed by Ladouceur with his mark. The fur trading company here hires Ladouceur as its agent at a major trading post. The docketing on verso identifies that post as "Timiscaming" -- i.e. Fort Timiskaming -- located on the Ottawa River approximately 500 miles due west of Quebec.
