Original subscription cards inserted and laid in.Includes the elusive Diane Arbus: A Monograph of seventeen Photographs (Issue 16). Photographs and art works by Harry Callahan, Jan Saudek, David Hockney, Robert Maplethorpe, Herb Weitman, Wynn Bullock, Richard Avedon, and many others. Picture Magazine, printed in Los Angeles by David Gardner, became a showcase for the quality lithography and photographically illustrated books produced by Gardner/Fulmer. Many issues were given away and it was published erratically when time permitted at the printing firm. Complete runs are rare.
