Title: Two pairs of J. Ruhl bookends, cellist and pianist.
Author: ** Description: Includes: Bookends each with a cellist on a stool, mounted to a black and white marble base. Cellist's head is made of ivory-like material and is a separate piece from the metal figurine. Missing its original bow. Felt intact at base. 6½" tall with 3¼x5" base. * Bookends feature a man seated at a piano, with a sheet of music before him, hands poised above the keys. The metal figure and piano mounted to a black and white marble base, the piano keys and head of pianist are separate pieces (the piano keys of one, detached but present) made of ivory-like material. Felt missing from base of one. 5½" tall with 4¼x5½" base.All four bookends bear the J.B. Hirsch company signature and "J RUHL" along with the copyright symbol and date.
