PRESIDENTIAL Bill signer BALL-POINT Pen. This is the higher end Nixon Parker Bill signer Pen. Chrome top, dark blue barrel, printed "White House" and facsimile "Richard Nixon" signature. This pen was used by Nixon to sign a bill into law. Comes in presentation box with Nixon's facsimile signature in gold on the box. The pen writes very nicely. Mint condition.
