This is a superb vintage leaf brooch by renowned Danish silversmith Volmer Bahner. The pieces are crafted of guilloche vitreous glass enamel over sterling silver. The color is a delicate green apple, and this piece is marked Sterling and VB Denmark. The leaf is very three-dimensional, with a sensuous curling tendril of silver accenting each the center.
