This is a really superb example of Victorian Tartanware card case in McPherson Clan, which can be seem from the original little gold on black label. Also has a decoupage of Robert Burns "John Anderson my Jo". The lid slides off to reveal the interior in perfect condition. This card case still does fit a modern business card, should you decide to put it to work. Dating to around 1860, this highly collectible card case is in excellent condition with only a tiny nic at op of case. . Measuring 4" X 2 3/4". ... includes certificate that this lot came from the Estate of Louise Mondani Graham, owner of the Brass Bugle Antique Barn in Cornwall Bridge CT.
