Contract reads: " Reference is made to the Exclusive Songwriter's Agreement of April 27, 1977, between Norman Randolh Bishop, and us..we have not exercised our option to extend the term of the Agreements beyond October 31, 1977, and as a result the Agreements have expired by their own terms..". Signed boldly in blue "Norman Randolph Bishop". Staple and paper clip holes, staining on signature page but otherwise in good condition.
