Fascinating collection of 11 documents for building a pier in New York City, circa 1802, by Andrew Ten Eyck, who apparently built the pier for Thomas Ten Eyck. Includes bills, receipts, and accounts; involved financial notes recording purchases of bolts, spikes, as well as payroll for the workers. Several are notes recording payments from Thomas to Andrew.
