The locket form is fronted by delicate polychrome enamels with a butterfly bordered in black, it opens to a beautifully saw-pierced grille, the back is similarly enameled. The entire piece is framed by beautiful cast and engraved gold filigree. French ram's head hallmarks. Measurements of 1 3/4 x 1 1/4 inches.
