A figural depiction of the Dickens character Sairy Gump, the full-bodied silver vessel with a lift cover from the back side, to reveal the grille and fill access point. Hallmarks to the grille and base include London, 1882, T.S in an oval, a pre-1885 registry mark is found near the base. Measurements of 1 3/4 x 1 1/2 inches.

Excellent, complete, tight clasp and hinge, no damage or abuse, no monogram or engraving.
