A Birmingham hallmarked piece with date mark for 1830 and lion passant. The maker's mark is unclear. The cover is domed with chased florals, the interior is gilt, the grille is delicately worked, the sides are embellished with silver wire. Measurements of 1 1/2 x 1 inches.
