Portrait; Oil on canvas by Bekker David; Size: 18"x13.5"; David Bekker was of Russian origin, but he moved to Chicago, IL later on in his lifetime. He was a painter, graphic artist, and teacher. He studied at Boris Schatz, the Academy A. of Palestine, and Bezalel School of Art. He was a member of the Associated Unon of Chicago, CAFA, the Chicago SE, and Chicago NJSA.
