Four pairs brass candlesticks:

one pair marked "King of Diamonds", [one bowl with split,] one pair marked "The Diamond Prince", all push-up type, 10 in. to 12-1/2 in. Old unpolished surfaces, normal wear, push-up mechanisms not all working freely, one Diamond Prince candlestick with 1/2 in. crack on socket rim. Provenance: The Estate of the Late Gilbert E. Johnson, Salisbury, North Carolina The diamond series began in 1897 to celebrate Queen Victoria's diamond jubilee and were produced until the 1930s.
