Welsh oak dresser and rack,

oak with pine drawer linings, lower cabinet doors with mahogany panels, lower case with three dovetailed drawers over three false drawers, original pulls and inlaid bone diamond escutcheons, shelves with early Prussian blue paint, lower case with paneled back, British, probably Welsh, 19th century, 84-1/2 x 68-1/2 x 19-1/2 in. Generally good condition, molding repairs to top sides of shelf, losses and restorations to foot facings, scattered pest damage, surface stains and wear, other surface distress and minor repairs, one knob replaced. Provenance: The Estate of the Late Norma Truxell Green, Asheville, North Carolina
