[Apparatus] [Harry Blackstone, Sr.] Harry Blackstone, Sr.'s Afghan Bands. Known in the Blackstone show as the "red rags," Blackstone, Sr., featured the venerable mobius strip trick (known as the Afghan Bands), throughout his career, and was one of the few effects he performed on television. Two bands of red fabric, each prepared for the effect, but un-torn. Ca. 1940s. Very good condition. With letter of provenance.
