[Photograph] Carter, Charles J. Handsome ½ length portrait photograph. In cabinet card format on a mount measuring 5 ¼ x 9". Chicago, Gibson Sykes Fowler Studio, ca. 1910. Light wear to extremities, otherwise good condition. Signed and inscribed by Carter to Maurice "The Great" Raymond. With: Five elaborate full-color Carter letterheads/envelopes, five lithographed by the Otis Litho. Co. with images of Carter's elaborate advertisements and posters, and one an earlier example bearing a photograph of Carter and one folding brochure also printed by Otis and also showcasing Carter's posters. Generally good condition.
