THE WORKS OF MOLIERE, Edition Palais-Royal, published in Paris by Chez Barrie Freres and in Philadelphia by Barrie and Sons. Eleven volumes, illustrated by M.M. Louis Leloir, Maurice Leloir, Jacques Leman and Edmond Hedouin, quarto in size, elaborate boards with gilt decorated leather, the front board centered by a hand-colored etching portrait of Moliere, the endpages are of woven silk moire cloth, many tabbed in engravings and hand colored engravings throughout, each volume in its slip case.

Very good noting moderate even fade to each spine and a number of volumes with light sticker residue near the base of the spine.
