E.N. Welch Glass Plaque Novelty Clock: amber color with daisy and button pattern. It has a fixed key winder and chic movement. The dial is 2 1/2" wide. Runs for 1 day. The clock is free standing, can be hung also. Circa 1889.

(It winds properly and works. When working there is a periodic catch.)
