American walnut veneer two piece bookcase secretaire, overhanging thumb molded cornice, over two doors with thirteen glazed panels in each door, on fitted base with two recessed paneled doors, molded base, original glass, inlaid shield-shaped escutcheon on top and base, late 18th to early 19th C., 92" high x 56 3/4" across x 20 1/2" deep, loss from bottom door molding, age cracks on sides, loss to fretwork on top left door, replaced feet
