Astral kerosene lamp blown glass shade

Astral kerosene lamp blown and cut glass acid etched shade . The shade measures 11 and one half inches high and nine inches across its center. The bottom is 5 and 5 eighths inches across. Excellent condition. There are a few minor, tiny rim flakes on the bottom rim, which would not be seen when the shade was set on the lamp in the brass holder. Original shades from the mid 19th century like this one are quite rare. Many of the shades were broken when the flame in the lamp was raised to high.
