Paul V. Ambrose and Drew J. Bauer present: This is the #6827 Black Flat Car with Light-Yellow P&H Power Shovel that Lionel made in the circa 1960. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Mint Condition with the Shovel never fully unwrapped from the padded paper; includes an Instruction Sheet and the P&H Booklet. The Original 1959-type Perforated Box in (8+) Condition while the interior #6827-100 Box is in (9) Condition. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $12.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
