138 ff. only (of 140, lacking 2 ff. of tabula at end), double column, 49 lines, Roman letter, capital spaces, a few ff. with early ink marginalia, often extensive, worm traces to a1-4, affecting several letters, later ff. with small wormholes within text, affecting a few letters, but with no loss of sense, occasional light soiling or browning, later vellum, rebacked in recent vellum, boards stained and rubbed, [BMC VI, 899; Goff Q21; Hain 13661], small folio, Treviso, Dionysius Bononiensis, 1482.
