"CURTIS & DUNNING AMERICAN FEDERAL BANJO CLOCK, C. 1820-1832, H 40"", L 10 1/2"", D 4"":Mahogany case, eglomaise panels, single weight, and pendulum. Having Roman numerals. Two non matching keys. The partnership of Lemuel Curtis and Joseph Dunning of Concord, Massachusetts and Burlington, Vermont lasted from 1820 to 1832." (rev.20090116)

Condition report

"Clock appears to be in good condition for age. The face has overall craquelure, heavier in some spots. The finial with some loss and overpaainting. Tablets appear to be original with only some minor losses to white border with no signs of restoration. A repair to right portion of frame on upper tablet. Unable to determine if signature or numerals have been strengthened. Jk 1/8/2009" (rev.20090116)
