CRAZY QUILTS - Lot of two vintage, late 19th c. hand stitched crazy quilts. #1 - Fan geometric patchwork and embroidered with random panels depicting flowers, butterflies, fans, children, spider webs and birds. Also incorporates painted and printed panels with applied silk flower blossoms, signed L.A. Weeks. Red velvet border, green backing. 60" x 72", very good condition, 2 light green silk panels deteriorated. #2 - Crib quilt, 20 panel crazy quilt dated 1886, fine stitchwork of random geometric and shaped panels separated with black velvet, black satin backing. 46" x 57", very good condition.
