Rare and Important American Rococo Revival Laminated Rosewood and Marble-Top Center Table, attributed to John Henry Belter, New York, mid-19th century, the tortoise-form top retaining its original white marble, the pierced and carved aprons featuring grapevine and floral decor, with each side bearing the masque of a bearded gentleman, the legs joined by pierced stretchers and exhibiting a large fruit and floral basket, h. 29", w. 41", d. 33".
