Condition: Minor to medium areas of paint loss scattered throughout, largest appears to be approx. 1/2 inch; Some minor scattered vertical cracking; Visible stretcher bar marks along top and left edge; Slight buckling to canvas, upper right corner; Signature faint; Noticeable surface soiling and yellowed varnish remnants; UV-Lighting reveals possible inpainting in water below boat, total area approx. the size of a U.S. Half Dollar; Two 1/4 inch line-shaped punctures in canvas, upper right quadrant in sky and lower right quadrant, at base of boat; Small pencil point sized puncture at center of canvas; Numerous tears along tacking edge, does not affect image area; Unlined; Otherwise, good condition *Est.
