Iron stirrup hilt of characteristic form, with leather covered grip, the lightly-curved, single-edged blade with central fuller and clipped tip, struck at the right forte US P LS STARR. In its iron scabbard. First quarter of the 19th century. Brown overall, losses to leather, damage to scabbard tip. Overall length 98.8 cm, blade 81.4 cm. Condition IV
