1930s LARGE DURALUMIN BOX GIRDER

Big 32 piece of girder that came from Joe Bennett who worked at the Goodyear Hanger in 1975-6 when Goodyear was re-roofing or re-skinning portions of the hanger and parts of duralumin that were stored in rafters had to be removed. With permission, Mr Bennett obtained this piece. It is thought that this was extra scrap from airship construction of two famous airships. Provenance included. Excellent condition.
