Phenomenal piece of Hindenburg crash memorabilia, table spoon from airship. Includes COA from Floyd Hooper who describes how he obtained the spoon. Spoon was picked up after the crash by marriage related relative Isabel, whose husband was in Navy and stationed at Lakehurst. He was not present but Isabel was. She wanted to see the airship's arrival and was part of the crowd that ran when airship exploded. Some in crowd, including Isabel, returned to see what items had fallen from the sky. She picked up this spoon from the crash site. Spoon with some aging, especially in bowl of spoon. Very rare piece of Hindenburg crash material.
