Rookwood Sea Green vase, lilies,Toohey,

Elegant Sea Green glaze vase with a trio of fully open lily blossoms painted by Sallie Toohey in 1900. A second stem appears on the reverse above the foot. Marks include the Rookwood logo, date, shape number 909 C, an incised G for Sea Green glaze and the incised initials of the artist. Height 8 1/2 inches. Composition is well suited to the form.
