Russel Wright Oak Secretary

Circa 1950's and made by the Conant-Ball Company, secretary stands upright with open top for storage, desk opening to reveal slots and a single drawer and bottom opening to reveal two shelves. Most of the original copper hinges intact; some have been replaced. 4 wheels on bottom. Stamped on the back and again on the inside of the drawer with "Conant-Ball Co. American Modern Designed by Russell Wright"; Pat. 058078. Measures 51" H x 36" W x 16" D. Surface scratches and some varnish loss.
