Erotic African American Ivory-19th Century-This cane comes to us from a private Ft. Lauderdale, Fl collection and it has been in that collection for over 30 years. A very fine carving done by a master's hand. The facial expressions speak for the pairs passion and love for each other. The fluting on both costumes is of the greatest detail. To enjoy the complexity of this cane, one must hold it in their hands and turn it slowly. The silver collar has a British hallmark, mahogany shaft and a brass ferrule-H. 4" x 2 ½", OL. 38 ½"-$14,000-$18,000
