"Edward Vom Hofe, Maker, N. Y. - Pat. July 14, 96" Marked Perfection Model 360 Size 1/0 Hand Made German Silver and Hard Rubber Trout Reel. Widely regarded as the finest trout reel by many, this classic fly reel has a 3 1/8" diameter and a 1" wide spool. Features include a tail plate mounted sliding click switch and head plate drag adjusting ring with bar style pointer that sits under the handle and points to red indicator dots. The hard rubber head plate is free of cracks or chips with a tiny surface scratch just above the personalized "F.S.C." monogram near the top pillar on the tail plate, and the nickel silver handle and foot are mark free. The screw heads show minimal use on this excellent, serial numbered "H393" fly reel.
