Bill Ballan Classic Trout Reel. A 3" diameter reel (measured pillar to pillar) with Bill Ballan marked counter balance on the S handle, perforated spool flange on the handle side, and solid flange on the tail plate side. Set for right hand wind, in very good plus condition with foot trimming. Comes with a block leather reel case, also marked Bill Ballan Classic Trout.
