Albert Pettengill Nickel Plated Side Mount Trout Reel. A 2 7/8" diameter side mount trout reel from Albert Pettengill of Ilion, NY. This plain spool design reel is a bit unusual, in that it is completely unmarked with size, name or patent date, typically found on Pettengill reels. With some brass showing through the nickel plating and original wooden handle grasp, in very good minus condition with loose foot (easily repaired).
