Excellent albumen image of Chief White Eagle seated in Mistic Studio, Ponca City, OK. Seated in full regalia, holding a peace pipe aloft and wearing an unidentified medallion around his neck. Handwritten on back, "White Eagle Chief, Ponca Tribe." Apparently White Eagle is responsible for selling off portions of the tribe's land to Ponca City developer E.W. Marland. Image size 5.5 x 4 inches, 6.5 x 4.25 inch cardstock.

Excellent image, pin holes to center top and bottom.
