QUAKER LADY'S BLACK BONNET

Measures 9 x 14 inches folded. With gathered ribbon around the outer front, bow of ribbon in the back, and two long ribbon ties. Museum accessions report states it was made for and worn by a Quaker woman from North Carolina around 1802. Also states it was 'recovered' in 1932. Strings are original.

Condition report

Good condition though a bit dusty.
