He wrote and illustrated Voyaging: Southward from the Strait of Magellan (1924). Limited Edition of literary classic The Decameron by Giovanni Boccaccio, 562pp in 2 Volumes, 7"x9¾", Garden City Publishing, Garden City, NY, 1949. First Edition thus. Translated by Richard Aldington. Marvelously illustrated by Kent with 32 full-page plates plus title page. Signed and numbered by the artist on Limited Edition page. No. 60/1500. Brick red cloth covers with gilt top edge and lettering on spine; deckled fore-edge. Moderate sunning to spines; minor rubbing; else in VG condition, tightly bound and square; internally clean with occasional minor spotting. Owner's printed bookplate on inside cover of each volume.
