Autographs
Signed Calvin Coolidge Letter as Lt. Governor of Massachusetts

CALVIN COOLIDGE & GRACE COOLIDGE.
1. November 26, 1918, Typed Letter Signed, "Calvin Coolidge", as Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts, Boston MA, 10" x 7.25", Very Fine. Interesting letter to a reverend from Boston, H.A. Bridgeman, thanking him for "favors from your paper." Posted on Commonwealth of Massachusetts letterhead, with slight soiling and wear, not affecting signature. Great political content from the future president!
2. June 18, 1934, Typed Letter Signed, "Grace Coolidge" in blue fountain-pen ink, on "The Beeches, Northampton, Massachusetts" stationery, 11" x 8.5", Extremely Fine. Addressed to Mr. Bliss Iseley of Wichita, KS, declining to provide personal information about "Mr. Coolidge's" preferences for "those things which appealed to him most strongly. If he had favorite passages from the Scriptures - and I feel that he did - they meant too much to him to permit his talking about them."
