2000 SEASON F2000 10-CYLINDER ENGINE, #049

Engine 049, this 10 cylinder engine from the 2000 F1 season, was used by Michael Schumacher for the Spanish Grand Prix where, after a very exciting race, he piloted his F2000 to 5th place overall. During the season Schumacher won both the Drivers Championship and the Constructors Championship for Ferrari. Total cylinder displacement is almost 3000 cubic centimetres, and when fully functional this engine produces nearly 800 brake horsepower. It includes both exhausts, but is lacking some internal parts. This engine was previously on display at the Ferrari Store in Maranello, Italy.
Due to this engine's sensational history, this is a unique opportunity to acquire perhaps one of the most significant Ferrari engines ever designed and one of the last 10 cylinder engines. Includes a Certificate of Origin by Ferrari S.p.A.
