DESCRIPTION: Ice cream dipper with heart shaped bowl by John Manos, Manos Novelty Co., Toronto, Ohio. Brass and nickel plated with painted wood handle. Marked "Patented Nov. 1925". Used to fill heart shaped dishes. Circa 1925. PROVENANCE: Property from the collection of Charles D. Morris, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, a collector of ice cream memorabilia for over fifty years. MEASUREMENTS: 11". CONDITION: Very good with some light plate wear to lower handle and thumbpiece that does not detract.
