DESCRIPTION: A Valley Forge Memorial Certificate of Co-Operation recognizing the contribution by Mr. Josiah Starr, of Washington Camp No. 266 (POS of A), and his wife Emma, 25 cents for 2-1/2 Memorial Bricks for the building of the Valley Forge Monumental Chapel. With images of the Chapel, a map of the encampment, portraits of Washington and Mrs. Washington and other images related to Valley Forge and the Revolutionary War. In original frame. MEASUREMENTS: 22-1/2" x 17-1/2". Overall with frame 27" x 22". CONDITION: Uniform toning with some dampstaining and darker toning to margins.
